Hey AJ,I wasn't really sure what to say, or that I should even write anything - you've had so much love and support from all of your fans, I don't know that mine would make much difference. But then I remembered that being a BSB fan is like being part of a family - you and all the guys care so openly for your fans, it's like we've got some sort of bond. And that's why I'm writing now - from New Zealand, about as far away from you as it is possible to be. Though most of us have never even met you, and probably never will, we're all so incredibly proud of you for your strength and courage. You're in my prayers every day. Kia kaha (be strong),

Dear A.J,
I don't know if you will end up reading this, but I hope you do. Now, i'm sure you have gotten a lot of these letters the last couple of weeks cause there are a lot of caring fans out there who just want to see you happy and healthy again. Well, I am one of those fans...except I think there are many people who don't really take time to see you guys as people. A lot of people just go crazy over your looks and music and look up to you as gods. Of course, i do that but I respect you guys as people and I don't really look at you as a god but more of an inspiration and a idiol. I love the fact that you guys are just yourselfs all the time, and you don't feel the need to be someone your not, when your in front of the camera. You have such an amazing talent, and I think your music is really inspiring. Whenever i'm
sad or going through a tough time, I feel like I can just turn on your music and it lifts my spirt. I hope you guys realize how you have touched my life and many other peoples lives. I think that there are many people who just don't take the time to listen to the meaning in your songs, and i think many people just dont recognize how much time and effort you guys put into your music and fans. If more people took the time to see what good people you are I think
they would have more respect for you. My dream, is just to meet you guys and be able to tell you how you have been such a positve influence in my life. When I first found out that you had been going through depression and had a alcohol problem it shocked me. I knew you had many personal problems going on in your life but I had no idea you were suffering from depression cause you always seemed so funny and lively on stage! I saw your show that Saturday in Boston..and let me tell you,it was one of the best nights of my life! I had seen you guys in Albany both nights and I was dying to see your show again so we went to the Boston show and it was great cause our seats were right next to the small stage, so we were able to see how your even
more wonderful upclose. Oh, and that hat you wore on the big stage was mine! I wish I knew then that you were suffering from this illness, cause then I wouldn't have even cared as much that you wore my hat, I would have been more worrried about your health! But A.J I just want you to know that I find your a really strong and courageous person for wanting to take such a big step to getting help and getting better. I've gained so much more
respect for you, Nick, Brian, Howie and Kevin the last couple of weeks, for wanting to be so open and truthful about the situation. I know you have been through a lot in your life, probably more then I even know and I faith, that you can get through this hard time. I want you to know that your in my prayers every night and im supporting you all the way. I think you will come out of this stronger and with a more positvie attitude. I wish the best for you A.J and the Backstreet Boys future!

Hey, AJ, I dont know if u even read this stuff,but if you do,I want u 2 know that I believe n u.I'm not that good at writing letters or speeches or anything like that,but,I'm doing my best.I think it was good 4 u 2 get help because a lot of people look up 2 u and admire u,so all I'm tryin 2 say is, u r smart and I'm sure u did the right thing.I LOVE YOU!!!!

i'm from Colombia, and as one of your longtime fans, i want you to know that all my thoughts and prayers are with you. I'm proud of you for getting help... and i know you can beat this, i believe in you...
you will be, now and forever in my heart and mind on good and bad times. i want to help you, as you help me with your music. there have been times when i've been sad, and just listening to your cd, makes me a happier person...deep in my heart, i know you will get through this proble, and at the end, you'll become stronger because of it... Well this is really hard i'm not good at sending people letters cause i don't know what to say. I can say that i really hope you are getting better
i know alot of peole who were said to hear the news about you going into rehab. The Lord is looking over you now wishing you to get better. So many are praying even me. I was upset to hear about you. look a.j. i think that you should get back on your feet befor that little faget aaron carter takes your place. so u got a drinking problem who cares your still tight with me and if you ever quite the bsb i will nevr buy another cd and i have all of the cds and i was really excited when i heard about you going solo as johny no name whats up with that? my point is that just because you had a few drinks every once and a while doesn't mean your career is over.
