AJ,
First let me tell you that I think that you have real guts for coming out about this illness. The guys came out (for you) and didn't hide a thing about this whole situation. I am so happy that you did what you had to do for your health and well being.
Everything will be fine and you will come out of this situation instead of the bad guy, the good guy. At least you realized there was a problem before it was too late. I had a situation like that a few years ago. My father had the same problems you had and after he came out of rehab it wasn't pretty. But I am not saying that it would be you because you have all the support in the world to get you through this. Keep you head on right and you know you problem and you will be able to fight it full force.
A few things to get me through some (maybe it might work for you) is to listen to really loud music and blast it through the house. Or there is another alternative which is to make a mix tape of songs that you like. Then when you get an urge to do anything listen to the tape it might make you feel a little better.
You are a strong man that can get through this and anything else that crossed your path. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. 143 ~KTBSPA~ Chrissy
