Maybe it’s because I’ve heard a lot about your depression and it had made you suffer, so I think it’s the best time to end it. But I was a bit surprised too, ‘cuz I never thought it would be sooner. You are very brave comeing out and saying that you have a problem so many people try and hide it and the first step to recovery is admitting that you have a problem and you did!!! all of your true fans are behind you on this. I am also very sorry about you grandmother i know what it is like losing sumone very close to recently a freind of mine has died because of an addiction he had gotten help before for it but stoped asking for and and OD'ed one day they found him dead on his kitchen floor. I;ve loved you and the others sence you started,you have always been my favorite. I guess your "kooky" acting, wild dressing way is what did it for me. I entered a contest one time trying to win a shopping trip with you, my girls teased me about it saying " sears wouldn't be the same after you and I got thru shoping". For ammitting you have a problem and sharing it with your fans. I can speack in behafe of the fans when we say thank you for being honset with us and not hiding it from us. I will say this, when i heard that you had a problem and going in for treatment for that problem I was truly shocked. I am sure many others feel the same way. I undertand totally how it feels to feel that nothing is worth living anymore and useing something as alcohol to ascape it. I was there before. It takes a REAL man to do so and I think you have more than proved to the world that you are that! But I do know how you feel I was diagnosed as deeply depressed at the tender age of 13. I'm not afraid to admit that I thought many times of killing myself and even went as far as to cut my arms up! It wasn't until I discovered your music that I got better. I know it may sound crazy but after hearing "As Long As You Love Me" I was INSTANTLY in LOVE with you all. Your music helped me through ALL my hard times and before I knew it I had started getting better. I can look back now and say that you all were the BIGGEST reason I didn't go on and do something crazy and dumb to end my pain. I can't stop expressing enough just how much you all mean to me. I wish more than anything I could help you through your hard times like you did mine but all I can do is write my deepest feelings and concerns. It is a very difficult combination of things that you are going through and many of us have been through it and can understand your pain.
