Dear A.J.,
I am an old friend of Kevins. I still keep in contact with Edgar in Orlando. We all worked together at MGM Studios. At your concert in Tampa someone from the back gave me a pass to wear on my arm to get backstage, but the girls sitting behind my mom and I tried to take off my arm and things became very crazy, so I missed meeting you all. Since then we have been trying to reach you, but have been unsucessful. Hopefully one day we will get the chance to meet.
I am a dance teacher in a small town in Florida, and I can not imagine the pressure you must feel. I know just being a role model in such a small town is hard. I can not go to the store without running into one of my students and being watched and judged by people. I also know that making a difference in a childs life is very important. And you all have made lasting impressions on so many people. I hate to think of what you are going through, but please know that you are not alone. If you ever need another friend you will always have one in this small corner of the world and I will always being praying for all of you. Good luck I know you will beat this.

Dear AJ,
I know you've gotton MANY letters and cards from people telling you how much you mean to them, but I hope this one stands out the most. For 5 years I've been a fan of the BSB and loved you! hehe. And just because you're having problems doesn't mean I'm gonna just walk away and be like "oh ok whatever with him!" You stepped up and said that you needed help and I'm very proud of you. I was heartbroken to hear the news on TRL for the first time, but when your mom told the update on you on TRL, I felt a little better. Cuz I was happy to hear that you're positive about all this. I know what you're going through, sorta. Years back my sister was having the same problems. But she overcame them all and is a stronger person today! And that's gonnna be you sweetie! Hi!
I know it's a hard time you're going through, my brother try to kill himself when he had the same problem.
It's hard to get out of that but you can do it. We are there in Europe too, thinking about you and praying!!
We miss you and the other guy and we hope to see the 5 of you soon over Europe for a B&B Tour.

Hola Aj! Ti quiero! (i love you!) I just want you to know that I love you, I support you, and I hope that you get well. Backstreet wouldn't be the same without you, you bring the funk and we love you for it. To Nick, Brian, Kevin, and Howie, this can only bring you closer together, and I know that Backstreet DOES NOT GIVE UP. Hey Aj. I am a 20 year old male from Toronto, and I too have had to deal with depression, it's not an easy thing to go through, but trust me if I can get through it so can you. I am the most stubborn person in the world, and it seems that your depression isn't as severe as mine. You see I have often thought about suicide. Just remember three things:#1) YOU ARE NOT ALONE
#2) YOU ARE EXTREMELY LUCKY TO HAVE YOUR FAMILY AND FANS SUPPORTING YOU

Dearest AJ,I already send a email to your forum on the site and I hope you will get to read that one time but if you don't I do hope you will get this one cause God man you scared me. When my mother told me what happened when I came home from work I cried for a while and than prayed and that is what i have been doing for you every night and every morning. I hope that eventhough you are soo far away from me that you know that all my love comes your way to help you get through this hard time. I already had a nerveus break down when Brian went into the hospital, now don't do this to me again cause I take what ever happens to you guys to heart like when i heard about Howie sister and Kevin's father and Briand surgery and the death of your grandmother now this just hold on and keep on getting back on your feeth and I hope I can meet you when you come back to Holland and give you a hug and let you know how much you mean to me and that I love you.
