Why I'm Obsessed With BSB

1. I have Backstreet Boys parties
2. Before their concert I was the number 1 BSB fan on a local radio station
3. I kept my mouth glow stick from the concert
4. I almost went to the Nsync concert wearing my BSB t-shirt
5. I made cupcakes for Nick's B-day and gave them to people at school
6. It took me 5 hours to put up all my BSB pics and posters
7. I have pictures of the BSB in frames in my room
8. I had my body super-imposed on a picture of Nick on a motorcycle so it looks like I'm behind him on it
9. I got up at 3:00 AM and went down to the venue to buy tickets to their concert
10. I have a BSB scrapbook
11. I'm a member of the BSB fun club
12. I almost won VIP tickets to their concert by being crazy and running around screaming
13. I have every video they've released, in the US or not, and about 15 videos full of TV appearances
14. I have 17 BSB cds including singles, imports, etc.
15. I converted all my friends into BSB fans
16. I made my friend dress up as AJ for Halloween, I even drew a 69 tatoo on his stomach
17. I buy the BSB stickers every time I go to the grocery store

okies, i really dont know what im gonna put, so heres some of the crap ive gone through for bsb, it isnt much, i live in alaska so give me a break, im lucky if i can find an import i dont already have!
1. you told all of your friends to spread the word that if anyone could throw yew a bsb insult yew found good or that you hadnt heard, you would pay the person $5, no money has yet been paid.
2. when given a class project that had to be on ppl from a different country, yew BEGGED your teachers to let you do bsb, after all, howie and aj ARE latino!
3. for the project, you had to make the report shorter, cuz the teachers didnt eanna read that much!
4. your father is FINISHED fighting to get you to stop liking them, cuz he always looses, and whenever someone else tries, he tells them to give up.
5. you've convince your friends,who ADORE nsync ( i know, theyre evil, but theyre cool) that brian still has a better voice than jc.
6. you've told a friends mother, who loves nsync more than her own daugter (literally, she has nsync posters hanging in her room, and shes married and she almost threw me out of her car cuz i said nsync's music was polluting my ears) that bsb are better,
7. when yew were FINALLY able to find the import of theyre first cd ( mah mom refused to let me get it through ordering) yew opened up the case and it was EMPTY! yew immediately called the store and they had to re-open to let yew in
8. when yew were the 3rd caller to win a trip to see theyre concert in seattle, yew cried when yew found out they were only sending one person, and yew had to be over 18.
9. even wehn your mom is late to work, if a bsb song comes on on the way to school, you will NOT get out for any reason
10. at school dances, you spend half the time requesting bsb, even though the dj already confirmed with the rest of the school that he would not play them at all.
11. you are known in your school for loving them,and no one has surpassed yew yet.
12. whenever someone says that bsb have never amounted to anything special, yew rattle off the minor details to them, not caring if they arent even listening.
13. your posters stick to the walls when you take them down cuz theyve been there for so long.
14. youve memorized where certain posters are so well, taht when someone askes you to prove it, you beat them at theyre own game.
15. you spent $200 on bsb stuff in less than 10 minutes, in a store that has rarelyt anythign that most havent seen.
16. when friedns go somewhere out of stte, yew give them booko bucks to get you something you havent seen before.
17. wehen one of the most popular girls in school goes to theyre concert, and yew didnt get to go, yew beg to see theyre pics.
18. you have been told by so many pppl to enter fanatic, whe yew finally get a working video tape, yew have a list of 1,000 sigantures saying yew sould go.

OK, I think that you can tell if you're obsessed, but here are a few things that will tell you that you are.
1. You have over 500 posters of them up on your walls. (I haven't seen my walls in 2 years, since i moved and had to take all my BSB stuff off my walls from my old house and put them on my new walls.)
2. You have as much merchandise as you can afford. (Whenever i see new BSB merch. I have to have it right then and there even if I don't have any money)
3. You tell people that you don't know that you are dating a guy named Nick, or Brian, or AJ, or Howie, or Kevin. (people are stupid enough to believe that I am dating a guy named Nick since i have a Nick tattoo)
4. You think that Mandah, and Amanda, and Leighanne, and Kristin, and Howie's g/f, or any of their former g/f are the luckiest people in the world.
5. You would do anything to meet them or go to one of their concerts. (I woke up at 5:00 in the morning after going to sleep at 4:00 to go buy concert tickets and i still got really bad seats)

How to know if you've got a problem

1) it all begins when you listen to their album or anything with them singing and you are constantly rewinding it to hear their sweet voices again and again.
2)then the magasins start to pour in with them on every cover.
3) then there's the talking to the posters(don't worry we all think that they can hear us)
4)after a while you get these feelings if their on tv or on the radio, and if they are you blast it!
5)you find all the bsb sites that you can and take all the quizzes just to make sure you know EVERYTHING!!!
6)once you find out they're coming to your town for a concert you save up every inch of money that you can and call it your backstreet fund
7)if you can't get tickets you'll pay up to 275 dollars and even higher just to get a seat at the concert even if the original price is 50 bucks
8)you'll find out if any of your relatives lives in Orlando and fly down there and go on the ultimate hunt for backstreet.
9)it becomes a ritual to listen to your backstreet tapes every day!
10) you fall asleep listening to your tapes every night!
11)you have at least 5, 6 hour long video tapes of all the backstreet specials
12) you begin to become very offensive if someone puts down backstreet and you'll defend them till tears come to your eyes.
13) you don't care what anyone says you WILL meet them one day!
14)if you have to do a school project or presentation you do it on your favourite bsb because you know you'll get over 80%
15)you talk about them every day that they've become a part of your vocabulary!
16)even if you can't draw you'll sit and draw them and mail it to a magasine so they'll put it in so that if one day backstreet reads the magasine they'll see your perfect artwork
17)you put your favourite bsb as your wallpaper for your computer
18)you'll print pictures of them so you can add it to your bsb scrapbook( i have one and it's full with 32 pages of backstreet)
19)of course they're in your locker( if they're not......i think you should leave)
20)you'll stay up on a school night until after 4 just to tape a backstreet special
21)you'll wake up at 7 o'clock on the day that you have a late start to tape AJ on the early show
22)you'll tape that one line that howie had in roswell just because he's a member of backstreet
23)you'll take pictures with backstreet impersonators just because they look like your babies
24)you'll begin to stalk the guy in your school that you think looks like AJ and call him AJ Man
25)you cry when you find out your fav bsb has a girlfriend and you fully break down when you heard about brian and kevins engagements
26)you'd buy a fake backstage pass just to make yourself think that your gonna meet them
if all these things are ringing this little bell in your head with memory because you have done every single one of these things then CONGRATULATIONS YOU'RE AND OBSSESED FREAK JUST LIKE ME!!!!
