BSB Black & Blue

Well this is my fourth time seeing BSB in concert, and all I can say is WOW!!!!! It was the best one by far for them. It was non-stop action the whole time. I had a wonderful time w/ my cousin. I flew up from Texas because they weren't going there until later (hopefully) and I really wanted to see them. So my mom let me fly up and see them in Philly. I had gotten floor seats and they were great. Then I also met some people who know BSB and surprisingly they knew *NSYNC. So we got to talking and she was telling me that she could get me autographs from the boys, and from that moment I was losing it. That was one of the best times I have ever had. I'm so glad my mom let me come. I have the worlds greatest mom. I'll continue to support BSB in everything they do. They are truely the greatest group ever and I love them!!!! Hope everyone who gets to see this tour has as much fun as me, cause its a blast. I'll see them when they make it to Dallas,Texas!!!

This concert was off the hook! It was my first concert ever and im a huge BSB fan! AJ and Kev looked sooo fine, there singing and dancing was the bomb. I went the first night (sat in the VIP section which is kinda far) and tried going again the second night but it didnt work out. The costumes, and everything were bangin, at the end AJ came out alone and jus walked around and danced for us sum more ;) i think they r doin more shows in the summer and imma try and do that, the boys were all SO adorable! i had such a great time!!

Hey everyone! Well I am sure you have read the other reviews from the other cities, so I guess I don't have to recap what happened last night.
Let me just say, it was an AWESOME, amazing show. My cousin got me 4 tickets to see them through the fanclub, and I am going to see them again on Friday, here in my hometown DC. From the second we arrived at the First Union center, everything was amazing. I met this girl who had REALLY CLOSE pictures of them when they came to TRL when their album came out. She took a picture of me and my cousins with all our BSB gear. Then, a news reporter from channel 6 news came and INTERVIEWED ME, because I told him we had driven up 3 hours for the concert.
Krystal was awesome, she has a voice like Jessica Simpson. My mom didn't like her songs but she loved her voice. I just thought she was all around amazing. But I must say, the most exhilarating moment of this year for me was when the guys came out. It was so excited, with the pyro and the fireworks. And from the second they came out till the second the show was over, everything was amazing. The catwalk that came down from the ceiling ensured that everyone's seats were good. I liked how they moved around a lot between stages. And may I say, NICK LOOKED SO GOOD!! Hehehe I love them all though. It was such a beautiful, touching moment during I'll Never Break Your Heart, when they were harmonizing like crazy, and all the fans had their blue lightsticks, and they were swaying back and forth...some people held up lighters. Another thing I noticed were there were LOTS of guys...whether it was dads taking their kids, husbands who took their wives, boyfriends who took girlfriends, or little boys who went with their mothers (and there were the most of those kind), there were LOTS of guys. SO...yeah. It was nice. I love BSB and I will forever. For all of you who are going to see them on tour, you are very lucky people :).

Omg! Ok brace yourself..This will be quite looonnnggg!!!! Do I have a story to tell you... Hey guys! It all started at like 5:30 when I was gettin ready to leave w/ my best friend jess TO THE CONCERT! We both love nick soo much (even more now!)i got to her house and the van picked us up and we blasted black and blue the whole way! There was even a bucket in the backseats for me and her cuz we were soo nervous we actually thought we would throw up! We got there and we waited outside and listened to black and blue on the speakers outside and saw a man with a uniform on over by the vip entrance (sCoRe!!~) and so we went over and started talking to him! We were like asking him everything about where they went in (and I went over and kissed the door they went in at!! Then he said the dressing room was right underneath us so I was stomping around screaming for nick! We finally had to go in and the guy said that if we went back after the show he would show us where they were!!
Soo we went in and krystal came out! She has and awesome beyond awesome voice and she is soo sweet! Then we waited like 45 minutes or so and I had to pee so I went in to the bathroom and of course the lights went out so I ran out and fell down the steps! I got to my seat and they came out and sang everyone/larger than life!! Well you guys know the order im sure and they let us in the dressing room and howie said there was a cute girls for nick in the first row w/ a pink tank top, jeans and a white jacket and long hair!! And I looked in the screen and it was on me and nick was like hhheeeyyy ur cute! Ill see you later!! I started crying and after the cat-walk thing he came over and touched my hand and winked and blew a kiss then he kept coming back over and hugged me like 4 more times!( I swear I died like 3 times!)then the concert ended with shape of my heart (the best way of course!!Then when it was over we went back to the guy and he told us where to go!! And we wewre waiting with this girl who met them before and she was showing us pictures of her and nick!
And then they came out and I didnt see it so I was like screaming nick I love you ! And then I was liked hellooo....And brian came up behind me and was like heellooo aND THEN NICK DID THE SAME AND WAS LIKE I TOLD YOU I WOULD SEE YOU LATER!!!! AHHHHHH! I DIED AGAIN! And then I gave them stuff talked to them and the I took pictures and then at 12:30 they were tired and so were we so we thankled them and they toold us to come back at the next time they come and just tell them about us beofre and we can see them again!1 I love them!!!! Gotta go guys!!!
January 30th Black and Blue Concert

We arrived in Philly (which is just awesome) at 2, and we toured around there till 5, went back to our hotel, and got ready, and took off. It took us like an hour to get parked, and we got in our seats just in time for Krystals last 2 songs she performed and I have to be honest with you, but I didnt like her songs. She has a wonderful voice, but I didnt like her music. The stage was well set and all. The guys didnt start till after 9 which was annoying but when they did, AHHH! Anywayz, the guys came out in blue smoke, and performed, "Everyone" followed by, "Larger Than Life" which was great! All the guys were HOT and danced VERY well.
After that, they peformed songs such as; "Get Another Boyfriend", "Shining Star", "More Than That", "Yes I Will", "Time", "Not For Me", "The Answer To Our Life" (which by the way, Kevin introduced, and talked about the guys' foundations. There was a video clip of the environment going on while the guys sang, and even the people who were screaming the whole time, sat down and watched it.), "All I Have To Give", "What Makes You Different (Makes You Beautiful)", "Everybody", and so on. Their outfits and choreography was AWESOME!
After that, AJ asked us if we wanted to watch them change backstage, and EVERYONE screamed, it was awesome. Then each of the guys jumped down stage through a trunk, till AJ and Kevin were left, and AJ says to Kev, "Beauty Before Age," and I even had to laugh, so then AJ jumped down. Then Kevin was the only one left(and by that time I was screaming as loud as I could. I had been crying the whole time), he locked the trunk, and he turned to us, and said, "Would you like to come down with us?" and then the screaming started to get louder, and Kevin says(in a weird and cute voice), "I said, Would You Like To Come Down With Us?" and the screaming was LOUD AND I MEAN LOUD! So, then he jumps down, and just as he did, the camera was on his BUTT! I about died, I was really crazy!
So, anywayz, the guys are acting all goofy, and funny, Nick almost LICKS the camera screen, and all of a sudden I see this stage (shaped and painted like a bulls eye) rise up from the floor right in front of us, and Im like, "OMG!" and as I was screaming, the guys rise out of the stage, ask us to sing Nick HAPPY BIRTHDAY, so we all do that, and then they start singing, "How Did I Fall In Love With You" and Kevin is facing right toward our section. Im like flipping out and speechless, MY MOM is turning to me and screaming, "Their right there! Their right there!" and Im like, "I know!". See, around where I was sitting, there was a bunch of us who loved Kevin, and we all started screaming his name. He looked over RIGHT AT ME, and HE BLEW A KISS AND WAVED!!!!!!! I about fell over, I seriously thought that I was going to faint because I could see the whites of his eyes, and I KNEW he blew the kiss to me!!!!! My moms telling me, "He blew a kiss! To YOU! He waved!" and Im like flipping out and screaming. The people in front of me were trying to calm me down because at one point, I almost fell down because I was on the edge of the floor, and I almost fell on the person in front of me. LOL, my mom started snapping pictures, and stuff, and keep in mind, these guys are like not even 8 ft. away from us, singing. Then Nick was on our side, then Howie, and AJ and Brian were only on our side for a couple minutes. But, then they pulled the bridge down from the front of the arena to the back, and started walking back to the front. All except for Kevin that is. *hehe* He was still on our side, but he was facing the other direction. Stuffed animals were being thrown, and at one point, one was tossed to Kevin but he threw it back. So anyway, all the guys except for AJ went backstage, and AJ is talking and all of a sudden, this phone rings, and AJ's holding a cellular phone and asks us, "Should I answer it?" and were all screaming, and he smiles and says, "You guys really think I should answer it?" and the screaming got louder, and he answers it and then the music for "The Call" starts, the rest of the guys come out, and then they start dancing and singing. That was "supposed" to be the last song, but everybody knew that "Shape Of My Heart" was going to be performed yet, so after that, everything went black, and you could hear NOTHING but screaming till the guys came back for the finale and peformed, "Shape Of My Heart". The guys thanked us, and went to leave. Then AJ comes back out, goes from one side of the stage to the other, and touches peoples hands, and then he goes down the steps and disappears backstage.
So, after the show, we wait in the arena till almost everyone is out, then we go the bathroom, and are asked to leave. We bought a few shirts from scalpers who sell the shirts for less than in the arena, and cops were chasing them off, just as we got our shirts. My moms friend had warned this one guy about the cops and practically saved him from gettin' caught. Once we finally got outta there, we stopped at a Uni-Mart and what-do-ya-know, there's that same guy we had warned standing with a bunch of his friends. Since he had sold us the shirts, we asked him if he could get tickets too, and he said yea, and gave us a card with his # on it for the next time we needed tickets, so we are going to try for the summer tour.
Overall, the whole night was AMAZING! JUST AMAZING! I had sooooo much fun, it was MUCH better than the first concert I went to, and Kevin just made my whole night. I was shocked. Even before he waved and blew a kiss, I was gasping for air because I was crying and screaming at the same time, but when I seen him blow that kiss..I was really shocked. I was so happy!

Okay, so it all started on the ride up. I rode up to the First Union Center with my Mom, my 2 twin sisters, Kim and Kerry(whos 16th birthday was January 30th!!!!), my best friend Ashley, and my really good friend, Krystal. As we were riding up, we were jamming to BSB and singing every song. I was getting so excited.. I WAS SEEING THE HOTTEST GUY EVER, A.J. MCLEAN!!
We got there, finally. We were about ready just to run in there, but we didn't. We went and found our seats, did the bathroom run, etc. Then, we were waiting for the opening act, *Krystal* to come on. Finally she did. I thought personally she had a beautiful voice, and I can tell she's still improving. After Krystal, the lights came back on, and we waited another 45 minutes to an hour for BSB to come on.
The lights quickly went off.... and EVERYONE was screaming. I was getting really excited and I was jumping up and down. They came on with this huge opening, and started with "Everyone". Everyone in the crowd was signing along and having a great time. Larger Than Life was the next song, and after that was Shining Star. I forget what order the rest went in, but they were all GREAT. After the movie, the guys came up on a circle stage and sang a few songs. Ashley, Krystal, Me, and a girl infront of us all yelled "AJ!!!!" at one time, and he turned his head, smiled, and waved. That was the best feeling in my life knowing the guy of my dreams waved at me! The part I remember most is the song "Time". The huge catwalk from the circle stage to the big stage was fantastic. I love how all the guys communicate with the fans all the time. My friends and I were about the only ones blowing bubbles during Time, and Brian looked over at us, pretending he was blowing bubbles too!! I was getting sooo excited just over that!! The boys "ended" the show with "The Call". That part was awesome!! I knew that they weren't finished quite yet. They tried to trick us, but sorry, didn't!! :) After that, they actually closed the whole performance with "Shape of My Heart". It was totally awesome. I loved the concert, it was their best yet.

The Backstreet Boys put on a GREAT show las night at the First Union Center in Philly. Before the show I saw all 5 guys walk inside..AJ has a new girlfriend! Her name is Sarah..she is sooooo sweet!! I got a picture with her and talked to her for a few minutes. Her and AJ have only been together for 2 months. She's awesome. Beautiful too. Brian and Leighanne pulled up in a taxi with tinted windows. Leighanne is sooo pretty and such a sweetheart! She had her 2 puppies with her and before the concert she was outside walking them. AJ was crazy as usual..he kept walking outside back and forth to the buses...he's crazy! LOL. Mr. Carter was also there.he waved to everyone...god his hair is blonde!! Well now onto the actual concert..it was amazing!!!! They put on a great show all together. My fav. song they did was "Get Another Boyfriend." It has amazing energy to it and it gets the crowd pumped up. I was kind of upset that they didn't sing As Long As You Love me since that is my fav. BSB song ever...but oh well, the show went on. I'm going again tonight so maybe I'll give ya'll another review tomorrow. If you are going to this concert...you will have a blast!!! It is the best show ever. KTBSPA!!

Last night I went the concert at the First Union Center and I had the time of my life! I saw Brian's dogs running around one of the busses. Anyways, my seats were awesome and the guys were incredible to say the least. My favorite part was the whole arena sang Happy Birthday to Nick. The Boys put on such a great show and I didn't sit down for the entire time. They played some oldies but pretty much did the entire Black & Blue CD. "More Than That" and "Not For Me" are my favorite songs and they did an awesome job w/ singing and dancing. My god! It was the bestconcert I have ever been too and I've been to many. Nick is so beautiful. More beautiful than ever. AJ was great and he's hysterical. Brian was adorable, as usual. Kevin kept coming to my side of the arena and shaking hands. We weren't close enough for that but he waved over to us! Howie looked okay but his hair got on my nerves. But again, the show was absolutely incredible and for those of you who have tickets, you guys better prepare to have the best time of your life. You will never want the show to end! Have fun to everyone who has tickets! It's so worth the wait, anxiety, and the loss of voice after the concert.

Ahhh! Amazing amazing amazing! That's the only word I can really use to describe it. Definitely a night I'll never ever forget! Maria, my mom and I left our house at 5 and got to the First Union Center at 7 (the concert started at 7:30)...We all were in different sections, but my seat was closest to the stage. I knew that ahead of time from looking at seating charts. Since I was in the last section, right behind the stage, I was happy, but I wasn't happy that I'd be in the 14th row.
WELLLLLL...when we got there, I totally FLIPPED!!! They went BACKWARDS in order so 14th row was literally FIVE feet in front of the ramp!!! The guys would be just FIVE feet in front of me!! I was sooo happy, but yet unhappy that I'd be by myself at this thing. Anywho, Krystal came out at 7:30 on the dot. She sang 4 songs and went till 8. She's extremely talented but it's obvious that she's new at performing....she wasn't very into getting the crowd pumped up and stuff. Then from 8 to 9 (ughh) there was an intermission...extremely long cuz there was a problem..don't know what, but I heard the one guard say it. During this intermission the one lady (security I guess) came up to me and said I had to put my camera away cuz there were no cameras! I was sooo bummed!
The guys are in front of me and I can't take pictures? Uhm, don't think so..I paid for that ticket, so I'm taking pix! Which I did...and did everyone else. (I'm getting them developed today so I'll scan um! Most are with the guys litterally 2 feet in front of me so they should be kick butt!) I felt like I was in a dream, really...It was UNREAL. The guys came out. Woohooo! Very cool outer space/asteroid opening...lots of pirotechniques (spelling??) So they started with "Everyone". Yippee! My favorite song!! Then they went into "Larger Than Life". I still couldn't believe how close I was...the entire time I kept telling myself that it was real. That I really WAS seeing the sweat drip off of them (hehe, my mom laughed at me for saying that...wonder why?) So then eventually because the guys kept coming up the ramp, girls started to move into the aisle and get up right against the ramp. So I started to too. I figured, if I'm THAT close and I'm by myself, I have to have as much fun as I can cuz this doesn't happen everyday...
Well, 5 girls in my row were being sooo pushy and the one tripped me...I slid down the frickin' steps, about 3 of um and skinned my leg and bruised my knee. It hurt, but I kept going! heh...Then during "More Than That" (this one's for you Bz!!) they went up to the higher portion of the stage and came out with white leather outfits on..(ughh..Nick ::sigh::) Howie and Nick kept looking over at our section and I met eyes with Howie quite a few times...he just winked (lol). Kevin and Nick came onto the ramp the most, Howie did a few times, AJ did 3 or 4 times and Brian didn't at all (meanie..) Anyway, then they went underneath the stage and showed the "dressing" video...it was so funny...Howie's like "Guys! There's not enough room for us all AND my hair!" it was cute....then the appeared at the small stage at the other end of the arena. I knew Maria had to be happy now cuz she was in that area, first row....so they were there and sang a medley, then sang Nickay Happy Belated Birthday! It was so cute, he went and hugged all the guys afterwards...heh ;o)
Then a bridge folded out so they could walk back to the main stage. Well, Nick had to sit down on the bridge and freak all the girls below out. They were all jumping and trying to touch is feet...it was hilarious. Then we got to the last song, "Shape of My Heart". Kevin comes up the ramp ONE LAST TIME so I decide to run up....I was literally LESS THAN A FOOT in front of Kevin Richardson! I could feel his BREATH on me. Then girls were being pushy of course and I just had this look like "Ughh move back" and he looked at me sympathetically and smiled and shook my hand and said Thanks! I freaked. Then he left and Howie came over and did the same. He did a quick run with his hand across everyone else's and touched mine! woohooo! Then when it was his turn to sing he looked right in my eyes and sang...some girl was too busy pushing me forward though so I snapped a picture and like blinded him! LOL!!! I felt so bad...I didn't wanna push the button but the girl was pushing me...anyway...I didn't keep track of the songs because there were too many. They sang all of the songs from Black And Blue except "It's True", a few from Millennium (Larger Than Life, I Want It That Way and Show Me The Meaning) and also did "All I Have to Give". Even "If You Stay" which was never on an album! I was shocked. I was like the only one singing along since I have the Australian import. It was an unreal experience...way better than I ever expected! It's a night I'll never EVER forget!!! :o)

Tonight I saw the most amazing BSB show ever, the black and blue world tour It was excellent and and very personal the guys were able to touch the fans and shake their hands it was great. they started off with everyone a great preformance and ended the show with shape of my heart another great preformance, I cant wait to see them again when they do their stadium tour this summer it should be just as exciting as this show was everything about it was great even the opening act krystal ahe has an amazing voice for a little girl she really did rock the house and so did my boys Brian,Nick,AJ,Kevin,and Howie KTBPA!!!!

Hey everyone! I just got back from THE BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!!....YES the Backstreet Boys concert(Philly, PA-1/30-01). Well let me first tell ya that my seats were better than i thought they'd be which was awesome!They were Lower Level 10th row. OK so the show!....
Krystal opened and she has an AMAZING voice! Im so glad the boys have her for their opening act and that she's the first person signed to their record label. She kinda reminds me of Pink with Christina Aguilera's voice, only deeper. Well after she was finished...my friend and I who went to the concert with me...waited...and waited...and waited some more!!...and then FINALLY after almost an hour, the lights dimmed and i knew that it was time to lose my voice! My ears are still ringig and my throat is killin me!!! But i'd do it again a million times in a heartbeat! So they opened with Everyone, which Im sure you've heard by now. That was totally awesome!! All i have to give/If You Stay was kinda funny, cuz no one really knew the words to If You Stay..so as AIHTG leads into it..everyone just like stops singing and is like..."ok this is something i dont recall!!" But it was good anyways!!
Their outfits totally rocked! But the best part for me was when they came out on the mini stage which was at my end of arena...they were SO CLOSE to me!! The closest ive EVER and maybe (but hopefully NOT) ever will get to them! The guys asked us to sing Happy Birthday to Nick and Nick looked soo embarassed but it was sooooo cute!!!!And then they sang How did i fall in love with u and i think Time on the mini stage. Kevin even waved to me and my friend!!...and i know people are prob. like ok EVERYONE in that section prob. thought he was waving to them!(lol), but i KNOW it was me n my friend b/c if we jumped any higher we would have been through the roof of the place! As usual,(No COMPLAINTS) AJ was doing his "funky" "sexy" dance moves >(lol)And ya wonder why i have no voice left!!SO overall, when the BSB sang the upbeat songs, they got that place jumpin!, and the ballads matched with their outfits went perfectly.
The Stage setup was great. I suggest that u do what u must to get tickets to see this show! By far infinite times better than the Millennium tour(which was awesome too! don't get me wrong here!!) But i suggest to all of u fans out there to try and get ur hands on tickets! Who knows?? You could get Lucky!! I was lucky enough to wait in line the day tix went on sale, and was 4th in line when they called the lottery #'s!!This is one show u don't want to miss which is why 3 roles of film, 2 aching ears, a sore throat and a lifetime of memories later..i had the best night of my life!! (had to throw in the cheesy ending...but its True!! :o)
