I thought the Concert was the best! It was my second Backstreet Concert and it definitley won't be my last. I love it when Kevin thanked us for coming and told us that some of the cost of the ticket money went to their foundations. I thought that was great and well worth my $67.50. I was on the floor and I thought it was outstanding how they gave love to everyone, even the people way in the back and balcony. For anyone that is going to see them and also for the people that can't they were everything I expected and more. thanks bsb. :)

Pontiac Silverdome Concert!!

What a night last night was!!! This was my 5th BSB concert and it was the BEST!!!!! I have been reading reviews everyday and everyone says this concert was better then Millennium. I honestly didn't think anything could top Millennium but after seeing this tour I changed my mind completely!!!

My friend Emily and I got to the Silverdome arounf 8:30. We would have gotten there alot earlier but we were stuck in traffic for an hour and a half!! When we finally got there Destinys Child was just leaving the stage. We go to our seats, the lights went on for about 15 minutes, then it went dark again. Screams filled the arena and I was jumping up and down and screaming. They came onstage and started with Everyone then went into Larger Than Life. Everyone already knows all this stuff so I'm just gonna tell you about my favorite part of the show, the part I will NEVER forget!! When they brought the wardrobe box onstage me and Emily ran to the back of the arena to where the mini stage was. There were security guards all around it so we found a spot right on the side of the stage directly infront of it! All of a sudden the stage starts to rise and who is 10 feet in front of us??? NICK!!!!! We were both going crazy jumping and screaming hehe. I had a sign that said Brian Is My Angel so when he came over to our side I held it up and Emily was pointing to it. He stopped to look and read it, then look right at ME!!!!!!! smiled and waved to ME!!!! omg I thought I was gonna die right there on the spot!! I was saying Brian I Love You and he was just looking at me and smiling. That was the best minute of my ENTIRE life!!! Kevin was sitting on the right side playing with his mic. Something was wrong with it cuz he was pointing to his ear like he couldn't hear anything. Howie was standing in the middle and Nick was sitting on the left side. I kept staring at him lol. He is so cute! AJ was on the other side so the only time I saw him was when they all got up and walked around the stage to each side. It was so unreal being that close to the Boys I have been in love with for 5 years!!! They went back to the main stage on a catwalk. I guess they didn't use the bridge because of the cap on the Silverdome being so high. After they got back to the main stage it was like a huge party. The singing, the dancing and all the high energy was amazing. It was the best night of my life. I can't wait for them to come back here in the summer. If you the BSB ever read this, Thank You for an amazing night!! You guys Rock!!!!!!!!

I was one of the first people let in at the Pontiac Silverdome. It was awesome! Nick was sooooo hot! I noticed (w/my binoculars) that he has 2 new tatoos and I'm not sure, but it kinda looked like he has a toung ring. But it could have been a shadow. They were awesome. This was way better than the "Into The Millennium Tour" which had been the best concert that I had ever been to! I like their dances for their new songs too. They had a lot of Pyro and special effects that were awesome! It is a night that I will never forget!

I just got home from the pontiac concert and it was amazing. I live in the Upper part of Michigan and had to travel 10 hours to get there but it was well worth it. Krystal was a really good singer but she didn't get the crowd that excited, but Destiny's Child was great. Me and my friend stood up for it just like many other people around me but this old guy behind me yelled at us and told us to sit down. I was like there is no way I am sitting for the BSB so we stood up again because me and my friends' favorite DC song was played and the ppl behind us and a lady in front of us got the crowd control people to make everyone in my section sit down. Well this just wasn't cool so this lady in front of us got the police and had them tell the ppl w/ the problem to quit their bitching and if they wanted to sit down to get front row seats. So then we got to stand and it was so much better. After DC the lights came on again and me and others around me waited for the BSB and a big wave got started! It went around the whole silver dome..even the people w/ 3rd section seats were doing it!Well the lights dimmed again and it was so amazing. Their concert was the best ever, and especially when they came out into the crowd. They played at least one or two songs from their Backstreet Boys and Millinium CD's and alot from Black and Blue. I had first section seats which were pretty good but I would have sat anywhere. Every BSB fan should get to go its amazing!

OMG!OMG!OMG! What I just went though was the best thing in the world. There are really no words to say what I feel right now, even the day after the concert. I'm still in total shock. I was standing there in my seat yelling as loud as i could (i've been blessed with a high LOUD piched voice)My poor mum's ears are still ringing. We left at 4:00! While we're in the line-o-cars to get into the silverdome THE TOUR BUS PASSED RIGHT BY US! I tried to jump out of our "BACKSTREET MOBLE" as we called it to try to kiss the bumper. LOL! But my mum wouldn't let me. Maybe next time.

My posiy and I screamed when whenever we saw a Black and Blue Car of saw anything we anything BSB. (imagine us in line to get into the dome and with all the stuff you could buy. ) Krystal was amazing! I couldn't belive how great she was. Amanda MyLoVe didn't think she would be all that great, but after the concert she's all like, "She can headbang while playing the pineo, she's know my hero!" Distiny's Child was good too. NOW THE GOOD STUFF! When the lights started to go out the 3rd time I have to say my pants didn't say dry. They way the came in was differnt than what i was thinking but still amazing. I loved the concert because I got to hear they're ture talent. Even if they were all around a campfire with no fireworks or anything I would still think it's the best concert I've ever been too. I love their voices.

The HIGHLIGHTS OF MY BACKSTREET NIGHT OUT!

AJ waved to me......... HE pointed to me waved i almost fainted. I guess he could tell cuz he started laughing (not too loud, cuz than he'd rune brain's part) AJ's fly came unzipped like 5 times,it was sooooooooo funny when he was checked to make sure that no one was looking, but I was. and yes another AJ........... AJ called me on a Cell phone................. HAAAAA I wish! All you girls are like I wanna call a backstreet boy. ALL in alll this concert was breathtaking ( and in my case pee taking) and you'll have the biggest smile on your face for the next 5 months or so on your face. I LOVE YOU ALL

The show is incredibly amazing. There isn't words that can describe everything. It is was an amazing experience that I will never forget! The boys did an outstanding job (like always) belting out their harmonies. I give it 5 out of 5 stars, but there were some setbacks. The silverdome holds 81,000 people, there were times where I couldn't hear them at all others barely. That was the only thing I didn't like, and it wasn't the boys fault. They didn't let us bring in signs, but I managed to sneak in my tape recorder and beach balls. If anybody went to this concert, please email me. I threw two beach balls, one was a regular beach ball with Happy B-Day Brian with my name on it, then there was an eyeball shaped one that had arms and legs. I am also looking for any pictures that were taken close.

Thanks,

Jana

Michigan 2/15 cocnert!!! Best night of my life!!!!

OMG!!!!!! Last night was one of the best nights of my life!!! First off I live in Medina, OHIO so we had to drive 4 hours just to get there (that was the worst part!!). Well here's my story:

Wednsday night- getting everything ready. my mom said "no" to getting a video camera to tape the cocnert. BOO_HOO!!! Went to bed thinking how awesome it's going to be!!!

Thursday (starts at 5:15am)- My mom wakes me up and tells me she'll get me the video camera only if I clean the house by the time my friend Jessica and her dad get there (they were going to be there at 11:30 so it wasn't a problem) so I said sure. She went out and got me this awesome one!!! I started to charge the battery. Then I took my shower and got all pretty and got all my things into one little pile to take to Michigan with me. The next thing I know it's 11:45 and my phone is ringing (I had fell asleep sitting on my couch waiting for my friend to call or come over) so I quickly double check all my things and then she comes pulling up to my door. I hop in the car and went driving for close to 4 hours. We finally get to Detroit (atleast when I woke up I found out we were there) so then we had to find our hotel. It was 3 miles away from the arena. We got there around 5:00 so then we just waited there until 6:00 so we could go in. We watched the rest of Night At The Roxybury on TV so that was fun.

6:00- We head out of the hotel at 5:55 and find that there is a HUGE line waiting to go into there (and we were still 2 miles away from the arena) so we had top wait. It took us until 6:45 to even get into where the parking was but the thing was we weren't parking. We were just being dropped off so her dad had top get out of that long line and dropped us off at the date closest to our seats (north). We didn't waist any time getting into the arena since it was so cold. We had floor seats. A4 row 5 seats 11 and 12. We found them and they seemed not to be any good (we wereexpecting them to be great seats). So we went back up to the top level got T-Shirts and things and when we came back we were scouting where some seats would be. Now I had been keeping my eyes on row 4 section A3 because there were around 10 seats not taken. Well when I saw that they still weren't taken by the time Destinys Child came on me and my friend went for them. Other people folowed us but they got kicked out since the people that were actually sitting there came. Anyways then this girl said I was sitting in her seat. I was so sad but then I started to move but then she said I could just stay there and she'll have on of her friends move down into the VIP section (thanks Jill!! seat 16!!) I thanked her so much!!! Anyways onto the good stuff.-

Krystal- Awesome girl!!!!! She sang so well and was so good!! I didn't get a chance to meet her because I wanted to see Destinys Child. She sounded alot like Pink which is awesome because I love Pink. Anyways Krystal was great!!

Destinys Child- SO GOOD!!!!!!! They were so awesome and one of them waved to me (Beionce)(spelling). Anyways they rocked the show and I was on my feel the whole time. They kicked ass!!!

BSB- Now for the good stuff. I was so hyper when those medior bombs went off with the pyro. I could actually feel the heat on my face I was so close!! Anyways I'm not going to give you the low down on what songs they sang and all that because I'm sure by now if you've been keeping up with the reviews like I have then you'll already know. I was alittle scared to bring out my video camera because I didn't want it to be taken away. Well I finally was brave enough to bring it out at the beggining of "Shining Star". I got everything from "SS" to the end of that wardrobe movie. I got excelent footage!! That's 30 min of awesome footage (if anyone's interested then write me. I haven't figured out the price yet since this is actually mine but I will definately trade for more B&B homevideo footage esp. from Michigan). The reason why I didn't get more isn't because my battery wore out or I didn't have anymore video because I brang 2 videos and I had alot of battery left. It's just since I was so close and after they came on the walkway everyone like went over there so when they were actually back onto our stage during the songs after they came back then the security saw me pretty easily but I was doing ok until they caught me during "Get Another BoyFriend" and that was my favorite song too. Well alls I have to say is that was the best concert I have ever been to (and that was my 3rd bsb one) not to mention the closest and most fun!!! Well I would like to say thanks to the girl who let me sit in her seat because that was so nice and kind of you. I really owe you and to my friend Jessica thanks for taking me. Hopefully when they come to Cleveland I can repay you the favor. I also took 4 rolls of 24 pics oof bsb and 1 roll of Destinys Child so I maybe posting some of those up here. I'll let you know. Well thanks so much for taking time and reading this review. Hopefully all you people will have as much fun as I did. It was a blast and well worth the money!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Backstreet Boys concert--Pontiac Silverdome--2/15/01

OK. After school my friends came over and we decorated the car. At 4:00 we left. It should of taken us 2 or 3 hours max. To get there. Instead it took us 4 1/2 hours! So, needless to say, we were late. It was about 9:00 before we got into our seats and we didnt even have time to sit down. We had completely missed Krystal and Destiny's Child, but that was okay with me, as long as I saw what I came to see, which was Backstreet Boys! So before we even sat down the lights dimmed and the show started! I'm sure you guys all know this, but they sang "Everyone" first, then went right into "Larger than Life" and then sang "Shining Star". It was amazing, and I was taking pictures like crazy! When they went into the bsb wardrobe box thing, brian went first, then nick, howie, and then just aj and kevin were left onstage.

They had their arms around each other and aj's like, "yo, this is how it should of been the whole time, man! The aj and kevin show!" then they started doing this dancing stuff, and aj's like, "we could tap dance" but then he's like, "beauty before age, so see ya!" and he went down. Kevin walks over to the box and everyone thought he was gonna go into it but instead he closed it and sat down on top of it! Finally he got up and went down and he's like, you guys wanna follow us? So of course everyone screams and the camera man acts like hes taping them, but they really play a pre-recorded thing. It was funny, too, cuz brian said to nick, "since you just had a bday and all ive been saving up to buy you something really special. And he looks over to where it is and theres stuff on it, and theres like this smiley face thing and he's like, "I got you a smiley face! No, just kidding. I got you a toilet!" and nicks like, ok. Then he starts fake crying and was like, thank you so much! And bri's like, "well I thought since you always have to go you should have on of your own!" it was funny. Then howie and nick were talking and howie said, "ok, theres this girl on the right side of the stage with brown hair and she has this nice top on!" and nick looks at the camera and he's like "Really?!" then he sings "dont wanna loose.." it was like part of dont wanna loose you now, but they like cut it off cuz they were on the small stage thing in the back.

There was a long catwalk thing in the middle of the floor seats, and I had 9th row on the floor, so my friends and I went over to the edge of it cuz we knew they were gonna walk down it, so we got really close to it and when they came down, we were seriously about as close as you can be without touching them, and I almost did touch nick and brian, and I did touch howie!!! It was the best! Also, when they were introducing the band, brian introduced some of them, then nick introduced some, and when he introduced the percussion player, he started shaking is butt and he purposely fell down, then starts like kicking his feet in the air and then he did this kick-up thing. It was the best!! During shape of my heart, nick was on the catwalk thing and he was on his knees bending back singing his part. Omg, it was absolutely the best!! I dont even know how to say it, but it was awesome. I was so close to nick that I could see his cute little pimples on his cheek and I was so close to brian that I could tell he hadnt shaved in a couple days cuz he had like 'fuzz' or whatever you want to call it like as a mustache. And they are awesome singers too. When bri was close to me, he was like taking all the fans'gifts and stuff that they were handing him and he was looking at everyone and smiling and stuff(during Time), yet he was still singing harmony.

Omg, trust me, guys, if you have tickets to this amazing show, you WILL NOT be dissappointed. Beleive me, it will be one of the best nights of my life! Well, if you guys have any questions you can email me, or if you want to talk about the concert or anything, feel free to email me!! Bye, and KTBSPA!! I can't wait till they come back!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG! The concert was sooo great!! I left my house at 5:30.. I was running late and I got there at 7:00, there was this long traffic jam.. so I didn't sit down until 7:30, but I didn't miss Krystal and I was soo happy I didn't. I took out my camera to take pictures and what do I see.. NO FILM!! I nearly died! I was asking people for film around my seats but no one had any, so I went through the concert with no film. During Krystal's performance, my mom went to get money from the ATM machine, but security wouldn't let her cuz the BSB were just getting in, that's right they just got there, or that's what every fan thought.. it could've been Destiny's child too. To put this submission to an end, I just have to say this was the best concert bsb has done and I can't wait for the second leg cuz I will definately buy another set of tickets!

Alright, this concert was my very first BSB concert, and I have to say that I was highly impressed with the show. Everything about it impressed me (save for the Silverdome being the venue, but that's a story in itself...which I will explain momentarily).

But first of all, the concert...

Because of traffic backup (it took us an hour and a half to move a mile), I didn't get into the concert until right before Destiny's Child took the stage. They sang a few songs, and then around 8:45, the lights to the Silverdome came on, with about 60,000-70,000 impatient fans waiting for the BSB to grace the stage. They killed their time doing the wave, screaming their heads off for no good reason (seemed to be a trend of the evening hehe), and trying to kill time before the BSB finally came on. Once the lights started dimming, the crowd started going crazy and sure enough, it was concert time.

They opened up with Everyone & Larger than Life, and I think the next song after that was Shining Star. I don't remember exactly what songs they sang in what order I just remember being really happy everytime the next song came on. They did What Makes You Different, which was beautiful although I couldn't hear it very well due to the screaming fans (it's more of a problem than most people would imagine). One of the songs that I thought they did the most beautiful job at was More Than That, the ballet dancers were a great idea and it was just a gorgeous sight. They did a LOT of songs off of B&B (actually all of them except "It's True"), and I would have to say the highlights of the evening for ME were, as follows in no particular order:

-Everybody

-How Did I Fall In Love With You

-The Call

-Get Another Boyfriend

-More Than That

-Shape of My Heart

OK, now about the Silverdome. I'm asking this to anyone else who might have been at the Silverdome last night, did anyone run into any problems with the staff being rude? Because I saw two instances of it last night that were highly uncalled for...

The first one, was that a girl sitting in front of us had broken her knee, and was on crutches. The staff told her they didn't know where the elevator was, and that they didn't even think they had one, and didn't offer to even help her find one, and made her walk up 3 flights of stairs to the upper section of the Silverdome. I had to walk up the stairs too, and I can only imagine how hard that was for her to get up, and I don't even want to imagine what happened when she tried to go down. I felt very bad for her and I wasn't very impressed with the staff at that time.

Then, during the Boys singing "I Want it That Way", a few of the people in our section stood up, so of course, in order to see, we stood up too. A few seconds after we stood up this guy came in to our section and started yelling at everybody to sit down. He got in a little girls' face and started yelling at her and told her to sit down and she started to cry...he didn't care, just kept on yelling at everyone to sit down. Now, I don't know about anybody else, but that seems wrong to me. He ruined that song for a LOT of people, myself included, and I wanted to know if anyone else had any problems with the staff of the Silverdome because I wasn't very impressed.

Despite the problems with the Silverdome staff, I had a great time at the concert and if any of you are debating whether or not to see the BSB in concert, PLEASE DO! You'll never regret it, and even with my nosebleed section seats, I had a great time. There really isn't a bad seat in the arena, if you have binoculars... :-)

Three words-OH MY GOD!! I have been to all of their concerts in Michigan and each time got to be lucky enough to have 3rd or 5th row. This time, I didn't have very good seats but I can still say-OH MY GOD!! I never seen Nick look as sexy as he did last night (WHOOH) and of course my Brian looked as cute as ever. They put on an awesome show-Howie even came out a little more than I have ever seen him before. I love how much they interact with their fans. Brian especially tries to wave at any girl he sees waving at him. It is just so sweet to me.

It was really cool too because right in the middle of the show they had another small circular stage in the middle of the arena and a platform that led back to the stage. They shook SO MANY girls hands and gave hugs. I wanted to cry. I was at the side of the stage so I didn't get that luxury!! Their voices were so good, even though I think that the noise level was kind of poor. Their music is going in a little different direction but I think they are getting so much better...I want them to come back to Detroit already!! I LOVE YOU BSB!!

i wrote this last night...bear with me, cuz it's kinda long, but read it!!!

oooooohhhhhhhhh myyyyyyyyy gosh!!!!! what started out as the crapiest night, turned into theeeeeeeeee best night EVER!!!! lemme tell u all about it.

ok, so first, 4 of us met to eat dinner around 4:30ish. we ate dinner...all is going well. then, we had to wait for about 8 other people who we were gonna follow. and they are running sooooo late!!! so they finallly come, and so we're following them, except tehy haven't eaten yet, so they decide to stop for fast food. they take half and hour in the stupid taco bell parking lot!!!! and so fine, we leave and keep following them. so we accidentally take the wrong exit and have to go another way, while the people in front of us keep going. the drive to the silverdome is about 20 mins normal...it took us over TWO HOURS to get there. the people we were "following" got there like an hr before us!!!! we were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic foreever!!! and our "honk if u love bsb" sign (hahah! we got a lot of honks!) only kept us entertained for a little while. after that, we were all in theeeeee worst mood!! it took sooo long to get there. ok, so anyway, we finally get there, and we pretty much missed the opening acts. we missed krystal completely, and then we missed most of destiny's child. just sort of caught the end of their performance.

ok, but theeeeennnn, we get to our seats...lemme tell u...these seats were AWESOME!!! oh my gosh, i have never been so close. we were about 20 something rows from the stage, which is NOTHING when u are at such a big concert....we were soooooooooooo incredibly close!!!! already we were soooooo excited!!! when they started out by shooting these meteors and stuff, it felt like they were gonna hit us. it was insane!!! i hope my pictures come out, but i don't really think the camera does our view any justice, cuz any time i looked in the lens to take a picture, it was not very good, so i dont' know about this. ok, but here comes the best part!!! see, we were sitting in these seats that were right in the aisle. there was this huuuuuuuge aisle next (about 3 feet next to us) to us that just had this random platform (their bridge). ok, so in the middle of the show, when they came out at the back of the arena, we couldnt' see them that well, but then to come back to the front, guess which way they took??? they came back via the random platform which was THREE FEET AWAY FROM US!!!! the only thing blocking us from bsb was a metal rail!!! we of course ran to the metal rail, and i was literally one foot from every single backstreet boy!!!!!!! oh my gosh, u would not even believe it. my hand was one inch away from touching aj's!!! he touched the hand of the girl next to me instead :-( and my friend almost touched howie's hand. we were soooooooo close...we could see their acne!! i swear!!! (and even the makeup covering it up!!!) i cannot believe i was one foot away from the backstreet boys!!!! it was insane!!! but i definetely don't think my pics will come out from this part which makes me really sad....cuz everyone was putting their hands up to touch bsb, so my camera was getting shaken all over the place, so pretty much those pics won't come out :-( oh well, it doesn't matter....i was RIGHT NEXT TO THEM!!!!! and nick was spraying water on himself, and some sprayed on me!!! i just cannot get over the fact that i was sooooooo close to the backstreet boys!!!!!

ok, i am still sooooo excited!!! i am never gonna get over this!! i don't know how i'm gonna get to sleep. it's one in the morning, and i'm still like boucning off the walls from excitment!!!! (also, my ears are still sort of ringing, and i will probably have no voice tomorrow, but it's worth it!!!!)

ok, that was my story....i honestly cannot describe it in words. trust me....being there....i dunno...it was seriously the best night ever.

I took my daughter and her frined to see the BSB last night the concert was great But we couldn't see anything We had floor seats I paid 58.50 for them a peice thats asking price here in Michigan . Well we were right in the middle couldn't see even the screens The girls were crying and when they stood on the seats were made to get down however other's were aloud to do it. Well I knew the the bsb go under the cat walk and come up on a different stage so we new they were going to the cat walk when the film thing was on That we didn't get to see couse we couldn't see SO we got up to the cat walk and was told No we couldn't be there So we had to go back but well we didn't and we saw then on the stage in the back and watched them walk down the cat walk 9 feet in front we were next to the fence thing were the camera man was fenced off thank god We got to hand off stuff to a man that hand it to the body gards so the BSB got it anyways. We ended up seeing maybe 5 to 10 mins of the concert. Don't take any floor seats passed 5 row if you want to see them good if you have kids or if your short.

Hey, guys!

I attended the Pontiac show last night, and let me tell you, it was one of the BEST BSB concerts I have ever seen! The guys sounded great, and looked hot, and there were some great moments to remember, such as the changing under the stage video, the cane dance for More Than That, etc. When Howie (my fave) sang How Did I Fall In Love With You, I cried....I PROMISED myself that I wouldn't cry at a concert, but I cried! *LOL* And the medley for All I Have To Give/If You Stay was AWESOME! If I could do one thing again, I'd want to re-live this concert!
