BSB and Shaggy 6-28-01

Tonight was the concert... I was sooooooo excited!! It was the day i have been waiting for for a very very long time!! Well so far the day was going good.. went for breakfast at Dunkin donuts.. Kiss 95.7 was there so i thought i would go talk to them and i made friends with this girl.. she was very nice.. well when we went home i got my hair done and i put my bsb things on and we were off. It was great... I was very hyper by the way when we got there. i was talking to news casters and everything to see if i could get in the park before it opened. well of course we didn't get in and we noticed that the bsb tour buses were coming in so we saw nick in the front (which that made my day!) and we say AJ (which made my sisters day!) well ask the park opened we went to the kiss stand and i was like i luv them i luv them to the girl i met at breakfast. well as we were wondering we saw AJ and Brian getting interviewed... i was so happy to see them.. brian jumped the fence and she said "OMG!" in a girly voice! Well i guess the girl i met at Dunkin donuts was looking for someone to go backstage with the kiss crew and they recognized me with my pants and shirt and i got to go backstage!!!!! I WAS SOOOOO EXCITED!!! it was my turn to go take a picture and give them i hug i thought i was gonna pass out... they all gave me a hug (except Howie..he was very rood!) well we took the pic and i was on my way to meet wit my crew! We has already missed Krystal. By that time it was time to go watch Shaggy perform. HE WAS SOOO GREAT!!! All right there was a bathroom break and then the wonderful bsb came out! They did all different songs then they did in the one in New York. They said that they weren't performing shape of my heart ( but we new they were) so we ran out as fast as we could and jumped in the fan! we were looking for their hotel at 11:30 we found it and shaggy was there to ( you can't miss his bus its big, yellow, has his picture as big as can be and has shaggy all over it!) well a small crowd was in the window, and what do u know there is shaggy wit his fro! now it is 12:00, we went to go eat some pizza! guess who was in there!! to of Shaggy's on stage people. we took a picture with them, we at and then we went back to the hotel and guess who was sitting in the bar talking on a cell phone!! NICK CARTER AHHHH!! I was so excited!! well we were on our way home at 1:30 and the BSB night was over.... WHAT A DAY!

This was definitly a great show. It wasn't their best, but you can always expect great stuff from these boys. The boys are definitly going for a more mature look, singing mostly love ballads during the show. Personally, now, I wouldn't recommend any really young kids seeing the show because I think the fact that they are much older, they might get a little bored. I have been a die hard fan of the BSB since the beginning, and I was very excited to see them for the 5th and soon to be 6th time! I am so glad that they did some of their older songs, those are my favorites, like "Quit Playin' Games", and "As Long As You Love Me." Overall, this show was a good one, and I hope you all will enjoy it!

ok well here is my concert story..I had tickets to Albany to see the bsb's on saturday..well that was until yesterday. my cousin/best friend come over my house yesterday with my aunt to go over to my grandmas for my moms b-day. well we were going ot make a home video to send to mtv about our bsb concert experience..or so we thought. my mom told me that she bought me a nick carter picture someone at the mall drew for me..i was so happy. she gave me the envolpe and i opened it and four tickets came out for the concert that was in hartford for bsb that night. i was in shock and i started to cry. my mom was like omg are u ok and it was just amazing i had to get dressed and all my other things.
okay so we get to the concert and i have my shirt on and we started to paint our faces black and blue and dye our hair blue! we were like the most enthused ones there.
Well we waisted time in the beginging before the concert hanging around kc 101 booth and talking to the djs and tring to get some backstage passes...we failed lol
we i am just gonna say krystal has an amazing voice and shaggy gets the crowd going
then it happened! it got dark and we saw the potatoes hit earth LOL! then the popped up! i almost passed out! i cried the whole concert and was just staring at nick..the all looked amazing but nick is my fav..the concert has millions of surprises and is the best concert ever! now i cant wait to see if i am still going to Albany or not...i hope so but well see..i dont wanna give away the concert but u do see ajs boxers and nicky boys shaking the booty! its the bomb!

WOW - that's all i can say about the concert at hartford - i've seen the backstreet boys before, 8 times before, but they seem to get better and better - it also helps that i had the best seats i've ever had too! krystal and shaggy opened and they were great but the backstreet boys were unbelievable - they are so full of energy and it was sooooo hot there!!!!the show was basically the same as the first leg of the tour but they added some things like a clip of them in 2050 - that was soooo funny - and in the call they do the remix which was great - i could watch them everynite forever!!!!! thanks guys for a great show!!!!!!!!!!

The BSB concert was awesome. First, Shaggy came on and he had a very energetic vibe and brought a girl from the audience named Sarah on stage and dedicated "Angel" to her. Unfortunately for me, Krystal didn't perform. :( But, it was still great!!!! Then, BSB came on. They were raised on pedastals and smoke was fuming up. The crowd went crazy. They started off w/ "Everyone" and "Larger Than Life". It was amazing how they still sounded great during the really tough choreography. I was standing and singing the whole time. It was quite a surprise to hear BSB sing "If You Stay". The whole thing was wonderful. They performed "I Want It That Way" and "Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely" beautifully. Nick played the drums, Brian played the guitar, AJ played the bongos, & Howie played a percussion instrument during "The Answer To Our Life". During the course of the show they played some pre-recorded clips of the BSB and went into the dressing room w/ them. It was funny:) During "All I Have To Give", BSB passed on a hat 2 whoever's turn it was 2 sing and the danced solo as well. "Get Another Boyfriend" was great and so was "Don't Want You Back". At the end, A.J. said they has time 4 1 more song ("The Call"), but then after that, BSB came back out and sang "Shape Of my Heart". It was a truly amazing show and the BSB r sooooo talented and seemed really nice, sweet, and down-to-earth. They even took time to address the fans individually and to talk about their individual charities. BSB rocks!!!!!! :)

Ok wow where to start..well first we had a problem with my tickets..i got them off ebay and we called them and said we couldnt get them cause they werent in our name yet..so we drove out there anyway cause we had Lawn Seats..for my friends..so when we got there my mom actually was able to get them..they were 9th Row Center..It was just Amazing...now to the concert...Oh the one cool thing was we got to take Izone pictures with my buds..and then we would put it on a big wall and all the fans would sign the wall with their pics..and they would give it to the boys dressing room before the concert so they could read it..it was great...So we got to our seats and they were amazing..
First Krystal came on..I love her..i met her at the first leg of the tour and she was so sweet...When she came on not everyone got into it so i jumped up and screamed her name and she saw and waved and smiled shes so cool...she sang a couple of songs..which was great she has an awesome voice.
Then Shaggy Came on..wow..talk about a hot performance..and interaction with the fans was great..i was gettin into his performance he ended up seeing me and making a face like whoa lol it was great...so then there was a wait..i took a trip to the lawn seats to see my buds..i wish they could of sat with us...then before i knew it..it was time for the boys!!!
Wow The beginning was hot..with all the asteroids..even though i watched it from far away cause i dont like the big booms..so i ran to my seat just in time for when the boys entered..it was great...they started off with Everyone..which Nick looked absolutley gorgeous with his sunglasses!!! AJ was pretty bangin himself too they all looked hot..then they went into Larger Than Life..which was cool and they did mostly all the tracks off of Black and Blue and some from Millenium..But since i wasnt in a coliseum they had to change it around they couldnt set up the second stage..or the ramp..so they re did part of the show for that night..which was cute..they did Don't Want u back which was great they didnt do that in the first leg..Not For Me, Shining Star, Get Another Boyfriend, and The Call were probably my favorite performances..Shining Star nick got a lil freaky to much with one of the girl dancers but it was nice..and he bent over and shook his butt to the audience which was great!!! In Get another boyfriend me and my friend were doin the dance and nick noticed us and gave a lil smirk..and towards the end of the show I was standin on my chair and NIck was doin this dance where he flailed his arms and i was doin it too and he had a big smile on his face it was awesome..and when they were saying good-bye i was still on my chair and Kevin Waved to me it was all just good fun...it was about 90 degrees cause the concert was almost all outside..so it was hot and with the boys it was hotter and it will be a night i will never forget..ive seen the boys 5 times and this was the best Concert they ever did..for all the people who are going to see them..Be Prepared for a night of hot dance moves, Cool lyrics, Lots of Pyro and just a good time..and if you bring your lil kids..make sure u cover their eyes at some parts..it gets a lil nasty WHICH IS FINE WITH US GIRLS!! :) I would give anything to see it again..Thanks 4 Listening and remember to KEEP THE BACKSTREET PRIDE ALIVE FOREVER!!!
