OMG can I just say "How good was That?!?!" I went to the BSB Black and Blue Concert last night Sept. 8th at the Fleet Center in Boston. Me and my friends Lynsey and Lauren had seats way way up in the balcony on the opposite side of the arena (sec 310 if anyone cares). So they ended up not being as bad as we thought they'd be, but they still weren't great. So after Sisqo (Krystal wasn't there) we noticed there was a whole row still open down below pretty close to the stage, but we thought maybe they'd come in later. Well it turned out some people filled in but there were still like 5 seats open in the middle of the row, so we contemplated going, not knowing whether we'd get caught, but we went for it and we ended up sitting there the whole night! We were in Sec 11, ROW 2!!!!!!!! Second row from the floor, we were right in between the main stage and the little stage, and the walkway during TIME was soo close I almost started to cry! It was great! The Boys put on a great show as usual. AJ talked about how Boston will always have a special place in his heart, because this is where he realized he had a problem and thanked us all since this was the first show they postponned. The show was awesome I hope you all get to see it sometime because you just can't miss it! Oh and go for the open seat if you can find one closer than your own, it's soooo worth it! c-ya!

Meghan, BSB luver for life!

It was my very first backstreet boys concert! I was so excited the whole ride!! Sisqo opened up for them, he's a pretty good entertainer, I liked the outfits he had on, songs he sang were "I Got To Get it", " Thong Song" "W/o u Girl my life is incomplete" and a new single from his new cd. Krystal Harris was not there, so bsb played an even longer show as a makeup. The show was AWESOME!!! They opened up w/ my fav. Everyone, they played alot of songs from black/blue and Millenium, they even sang some old songs like Quit Plain Games and As Long As U Love Me. Nick played the drums and Aj played bongos during Answer To Our Life, it was sooo awesome, I hope to see bsb again, the last song they did was their NEW SINGLE "DROWNING"!!! It was so amazing. I loved every moment of it.!!!! BSB RULE!!!! WELCOME BACK AJ!! :)

Saturday night, september 8th, was the most AMAZING night of my life! we got into boston at 3pm and ate and shopped for a while. Then, at 5:30 we walked to the Fleet Center and came upon the back entrance where a lot a people were standing, hoping for a glimpse of the BSB. We actually talked to a security guy there who had aj, howie, and brian's cell phone numbers programmed into his own cell phone! We also saw their five vans, and asked one if the drivers if he had escorted a Backstreet Boy there, and he said yes! So since they were already in, we bought shirts and programs and went in. My three friends and I all brought cameras in, and there was no frisking or bag-checking at all! My friend Niki and i had seats on the floor, and my other two friends were in the balcony, so we split up. Oh my gosh, you have NO IDEA how close we were!!! We were 19th row, directly under the bridge-I went crazy when i saw how close we were to both the front and back stages. So anyway, Sisqo came on and he was ok-Krystal never showed up, but that was ok because that meant BSB would be coming sooner. While they were changing sets, we noticed there were empty seats next to us, so we went up to our 2 other friends in the nosebleed section and managed to sneak them past security so hey could sit with us! It was so awesome because they were thrilled. So the show started at 8:30, and the beginning was amazing. They came up on the rising pedestals and there was blue smoke and stuff, and you could just feel their energy-I screamed so much even though i didn't think i would-I thought i'd just stare at aj in awe all night. So first they sang Everyone and then Larger Than Life. After that i don't remember the order for a while, but they sang I Want It That Way, What Makes You Different, More Than That, Shining Star, a medley of Quit Playing../As Long As../If You Stay a capella, Don't Want You Back, Not For Me, and Yes I Will. Somewhere in there they did introductions, which was awesome because most of the spotlight was AJ, and he was the main reason I got the tickets in the first place cuz i love him so much! they also announced their charities before doing Answer to Our Lives, and the introduced the band and dancers. The band introduction was SO cool cuz Nick did the whole thing and they were playing this catchy rock music during it, and then when he introduced the guitar player, Nick got and his knees and was head banging-it was really powerful along with the music. They also did their 2050 thing and locker room thing which was hilarious-mmmhmm aj in those tight black boxers...hehe. Then after that they came up onto the little stage right behind us, and they were even closer! They sang SMTMOBL and HDIFILWY, and then the bridge came down...oh my gosh i can't even explain this-you just have to be there. We got up on our chairs, and since were were at the middle of the bridge, they all stayed RIGHT ABOVE US the longest! AJ was there the longest(thank the Lord), and he was so sweet! He read a sign someone had for him and he looked them right in the eyes and quietly said "Thank You" and he looked so sincere-that was the biggest moment of the concert that i saw the real Alex and not just stage persona. I still can't believe he was that close! I mean he was a foot away!!!! Anyway, after singing Time on the bridge, they went into the last chunk of fast songs-Everybody, Get Another BF, and then, after aj said there was only time for one more song, The Call. After that, though, they did Shape of My Heart for and encore, and did their bows and left. Then, as we were getting ready to go, they slowly rose back out of the stage, all in white with white mist, and sang Drowning. It was the most beautiful thing. They were REALLY high up on those pedestal things, and they looked like angels-i wish i got a pic of it, but i used up my film during SOMH cuz i thought it was the last song. So that was it, and it was awesome the whole time-I never thought I'd be so close or that the stage and floor are really that small. I wish i could see it again, though, because i didn't get to take in the whole thing because i seriously didn't take my eyes off AJ the whole time-I couldn't help it! He looked wonderful and i have a nice close up of him over me to remember it! anyone who went to a boston show, email me so we can talk about it at laughnow213@hotmail.com, or im me on aol at laughnow213. Buh Bye!

ok, as backstreet's BIGGEST fan ( yes i know some of you may disagree) i was so exctied to see them again. The cocnert i was going to was cancelled due to Aj's treatment. And that was fine with me, knowing that this was helping him. i had probably the worst seats, but that didnt matter to me because i still go to see 'my boys'. Aj looked hotter then ever, and the show was in one word Amazing. The dancing, and the singing was off the hook. The bridge that came down got me even closer to them, and then they came up in the middle of the stage was awsome. Aj waved at me ( since i had the burger king poster wit me lol), and i couldnt help but cry ..yes i know sad isnt it. I love them more then ever now and i cant wait to see them again.

Well the show was great, I luv Brian so much, that I lost my voice screaming so loud. I have noticed that at all the concerts Brian always puts hhis hand over his stomach, I don't know why, but I think it is sexy.

The difference between a reporters review and a fans review is a lack of details....Reporters never tell you what really goes on and they leave out alot of good stuff, important stuff....here's my review....DO NOT read if you don't want to know what the concert is about or don't wanna ruin the surprise of your show....

Boston, MA

Fleet Center

The arena was packed of course....there was a big I-Zone banner outside the venue with the Boys pictures on it and fans could sign it....I didn't get a chance to unfortunately....it was at least 7:00 before they let us go in and when they finally let us in, I rushed to find my seat....I had a great view from the balcony and I was right over the small stage....the stage looked like an airplane which was cool....i took pictures of both stages before the show....the lights went down and all you could see was glowing blue lights in the audience....it was beautiful....

Sisqo came out and did a few songs from his new album and he did "Incomplete" and finally "The Thong Song"....the fans were hyper and he worked the crowd very well....alot of fan participation....of course, I was getting involved lol....it was great....after Sisqo was done, the lights came up again and we waited for quite some time....all of a sudden two women came out onto the right side of the stage....I didn't know who they were though....one of them was saying how she was just backstage and one of the Backstreet Boys was eating the new Pop Tart (Chocolate Chip)....she said I happen to have the other half of that Pop Tart in my hand....they gave away some prizes to a few fans....Howie came from behind the stage to announce a winner....it was awesome seeing Howie just appear like that....I started to cry....then all three went backstage and there was another wait....

The lights went down and it was chaos....I thought to myself this can't be Krystal's entrance....all of a sudden the jumbotron showed the Earth with asteroids flying towards it and pyros actually simulated asteroids hitting on the stage....they came from all directions and it was amazing....I was like this is BSB not Krystal....she never performed to my amazement, I don't know why the Boys never told us why she didn't come out....

There was a cloud of fog and the Boys were standing on big pedestals rising out from the floor....after a while, they started to sing Everyone and the fans were screaming including myself....then they performed Larger Than Life....

I can't really remember the order of the songs because I was in complete shock....

They did the old man skit and it was so funny because during the skit the old Howie started choking and the old Nick got up and started to shake his ass....they were so hilarious....

The Boys came out one by one and talked to the fans....Brian told us that this show was the most special to them because it was the first show that was postponed....he was very sweet to us....he said that if it weren't for us, they wouldn't be back here in Boston....AJ came out and thanked us for standing by him through his time of need....he told us if he remembered correctly, he is 66 days sober....he said "I wish I could kiss everyone of you"....that was so sweet of him to say....Nick, Howie, and Kevin thanked us as well....What Brian and AJ said stuck in my head....

There was a skit with a wardrobe box....I laughed so hard I cried....They were talking about getting changed on stage which Brian was acting like he didn't like that idea at all....The Boys were jumping in the box and when Nick jumped in (I think it was Nick) he threw up his shirt out of the box and Howie held his shirt and was like P.U.....AJ and Kevin were standing out there and Kevin was like we should make this the Kevin and AJ show....lol....AJ went in and Kevin was like now that I finally got rid of them, i'm gonna sing a song i've been working on....he started to sing something and he was like i'm just kidding....

Kevin finally went in and that's when they started to play the video of them in their dressing rooms on the jumbotron....Nick was talking about some girl he thought was cute in the audience and how he got her number....Howie was like I have her number too and they started to argue lol....Howie was primping in the mirror lol....The Boys were cracking everyone up....

After the skit, the Boys came up onto the smaller stage and I just went nuts....they were right under me....When they were singing How Did I Fall In Love With You, Kevin turned in the direction I was sitting in....me and my friends did everything to get his attention and finally he looked at us, smiled, and waved....Brian waved at us too....they were on the bridge singing Time and it was breathtaking....

The Boys talked about their charities for a little while....

One of my personal favorite performances was to the song Answer To Our Life....Nick was on the drums banging away....They had pictures of the environment and the ocean playing in the background....gorgeous to watch....

AJ asked us if we were still with them....he asked each section how they were doing and when he got to the middle section, he called us sexy ladies :)....lmao he said I have some good news and some bad news which do you wanna hear first?....he said okay scream if you wanna hear the good news first....which we did....so he said the good news is, you have to put up with us for 2 more nights.....lmao then he said the bad news is we only have time for one more song....I took him seriously....they performed the call and he had on these smiley-face boxers lmao....it was so cute....

It turns out he was just kidding cuz they performed Shape Of My Heart and then finally Drowning....Drowning was gorgeous....they were up on the pedestals singing it under fog and low lights....

The attitude of the Boys overall was hyper and very happy....They gave us quite a performance....Nick was very naughty lol....he was humping the crowd alot....AJ too....when Nick was introducing the band, he was going nuts....he got up on that platform he stood on when the Boys sang More Than That, and, layed down backwards and stuck his head out the front of it so the crowd was upsidedown to him....when his shirt came down, his belly was showing and the fans went crazy....he was adorably wired....AJ was a party animal, he was in a very happy mood....they said they love Boston....I had the best night of my life last night....I spent about 100 dollars on souvenirs....I got a laminate, a few glossy pictures, a sticket set, a button set, a t-shirt, tour book, and a glow stick....I took pictures....unfortunately, the battery in my camera died leaving me with no flash halfway throuogh the show....it died after they did Time....but for the most part, I got good pictures....i'm kind of mad it happened, but it's okay....I said it was just my luck which it was....lol....the show, in my book, was an A++++.....awesome and well worth the money and the wait....if you haven't gone yet, you will love it I guarantee it....

They came, we saw, they conquered. That was pretty much the night. The boston crowd went hysterical and the boys did not disappoint us. What more can we say bout AJ? He is truly awesome, and he showed us his pretty puppy dog brown eyes almost the whole night. we had seats just 2 rows away from the 2nd stage. When they were back there, i held up a sign which said "Aj you're my FIRE!", he saw it, pointed, waved and smiled. to see him smile made me cry. My mom, held up a sign that said "Kevin is Bootylicious!", Howie saw it, made a funny face, turned and tapped kevin on the shoulder, kev turned and looked and his face looked as if we shocked him with electricty. Aj and howie kept waving at us the whole time. when they walked on the bridge, howie took my sisters rose, and kevin caught and wore our Kentucky hat!!! and when i threw silly string at kevin, he smiled, pointed and mouthed "was that you", while pointing directly at me!! Thanks to these beautiful guys, we had the time of our lives!!!!!

Just got back from the BSB concert at the Fleet Center. Ok I'm a guy, but I am a huge fan. If anyone ever wants to talk about their music just email or IM me. But anyways, the concert totally kicked ass. The beggining with meteors striking the earth was cool. They kicked into Everyone which was one of the top songs of the night. Then BSB went into LTL and NFM. Best song of the night by far was Get Another Boyfriend. I don't know if they've done it at recent concerts, but they closed with Drowning which was a nice suprise. Can't wait for the Chapter 1 CD. The crowd was good, but people in the balcony pissed me off big time as only a few were standing. I think they took this concert for granted. Anyways thats my lil take on the concert. It was great! Peace out and KTBSPA!
