Okay, well first off I would like to say that I know this review is pretty late but that's only because I couldn't figure out how to send one. Now I would like to say that I did not see the Backstreet Boys in person but actually saw them through a digitally broadcasted concert in Spokane,WA. I suppose that I will start from the begining.

It had been rumored earlier this year that Backstreet Boys were coming to Spokane but it turned out that they were actually coming to Tacoma and I later found out that the Spokane Arena was to small for their show. Well,I tried my hardest to get tickets but they just sold out too fast. I was very dissapointed and so were my friends Rachel and Judith. We are all huge BSB fans and were looking forward to seeing the tour for quite some time. When we first heard that their was going to be a simulcast of the concert we flipped out. We were all so happy! It was anounced that the tickets to the "concert" would go on sale on the Friday before the Portland concert. This would be the concert that was being broadcasted. On Friday I called for half an hour straight and managed to get five tickets on the floor for $14.93 cents each.

When myself and four of my friends were finally seated in the arena, we waited in exitment for it to start. Before it did, a video of all of the five guys came on the 20ft. by 30ft. screens. The guys said that they were sorry that they couldn't make it to Spokane but they loved us and thanked us for coming to the simulcast. Then Mandy Moore and EYC came on. They were both okay but nothing compared to the boys. When they were finished the boys came on and the croud went wild even though it was only a screen. I could only imagine what it would be like at a "real" concert.

The performance was the Portland concert so if you want to read about the songs then read one of the Portland reviews. The screen was actually really great because all of the guys were huge so everyone could see wonderfully. I took a roll of pictures but Rachel and I combined got yelled at four times because we were taking pics. That made me a little angry but at least I didn't get my camera taken away like some people did. In some of the fast songs like "It's Gotta Be You", their was colorful lights flashing from the cieling which made everyone even more hyper.

The people in fromt of us were not allowed to stand up because it would block other peoples view, but since we were in the last row we were standing up and dancing the whole time. My friend Rachel and I knew the whole dance to "Larger Than Life" and parts of "Get Down" so we performed them in the small space where we were sitting. After Kevin, Brian, Aj, Nick, and Howie had performed most of their songs there was a large pause when most of the croud left. I am so happy that we didn't because they performed another song which was "I Want It That Way" after a few minutes. It was so awsome!

At the "concert" they also sold all of the regular tour merchandise so I bought a shirt, a photo, and a tour book. I am so happy that I was able to go to the first Backstreet Boys simulcast ever. Even though it wasn't the boys in person, it was still fabulous! I would advise anyone who has the chance to go to a simulcast to take the opportunity! The Boys rock and so does this tour!
