Trans Continental Records Talent Search - Unfair?

I am a long time reader of Backstreet.net and I would just like to voice my opinion about the nationwide talent search that Trans Continental Records is holding. I know Backstreet.net has nothing to do with it, but maybe you could put this up on your site. I feel it is wrong that they are leaving females out of this search. I am not some huge feminist, but I am a 17 year old female singer, aspiring to be a teen pop idol. I have always dreamed of being signed to Trans Continental Records, and I would love to be able to participate in this talent search. I have been training my whole life, and now an opportunity like this comes along, and I can't be a part of it just because I am a girl. What about the other groups like Innosense that have been formed by Trans Continental Records? What are they trying to say about them if they are just looking to represent males? I think that many other readers will agree that this is unfair.
