Celebrity Justice Submitted By: Kelly Warner Bros' Celebrity Justice have posted the official court documents for the law suit filed earlier this year against the Boys and their label by Tommy Smith. Smith, a former keyboardist for the group is alleging that he co-wrote a number of songs on the B&B album and is disputing the declaration of copyrights for the songs in question.
