After many hours of troubleshooting, we finally figured out what the problem was. Squirrels had chewed our T1 lines causing them to short whenever it got windy. The lines have been "critter-proofed" and service is back to normal. It turns out that the evil hacker squirrels may be N Sync fans! (Just kidding) Comment on this item.
