Spears 'Dis: A fans point of view

This is a BSB site and not an anti-Britney Spears site] First of all, are you really sure it was the BSB's idea to put the songs on Britney's CD? No. I went and asked many people and realized that it was the record company's idea. I can see why she's upset. I would be upset. But it has nothing to do with the Backstreet Boys. It was her record company's idea, and she could have stepped up and said something if she felt that bad about it. And what exactly did the BSB do to her? Maybe it did help her sell her CD. I'm sure people went out there and bought her CD to find the Backstreet Boy's new clips. They haven't bad mouthed her, and I doubt they really talked to her. In the clip, she constantly refers to 'they'. I think they isn't the BSB, but the record company, Jive. It's one thing if you're having a bad day or in a bad mood, or even have something against the BSB, but you just don't go out on public radio and insult other people, especially when they are working hard at what they're doing. What really upset me is that she always said that the BSB were one of her favorite groups. She mentions that probably no one will even know the BSB in 10 years. Sure, they might not be coming out with number 1 hits, but they will always be remembered for their many achievements. Look at NKOTB. They are still remembered. And who promised her that she will be around in 10 years? Again, I'm not doing this to make people hate her, that's not my point. The point is that many people go out and insult the BSB, and it isn't right. I was thinking about going out to buy Briteny Spears CD, but now I'm not so sure. maybe next time she should watch what she's saying on public radio. Comment on this item.
