(AP) - The Backstreet Boys recruited some local talent to sing backup on the youthful heartthrobs' next album, ``Millennium.'' Brian Littrell, a member of the quintet and a 1994 graduate of Tates Creek High School, was home Monday to direct 45 local choral students for the song ``Perfect Fan.'' The tune was written for Littrell's mother, and he said using the choir - made up mostly of current or former Tates Creek students - was a gesture of appreciation toward choir teacher Barry Turner, who encouraged Littrell to try for a singing career. ``I never really pictured myself to be a singer before that,'' he said. The Backstreet Boys' current self-titled album has been on Billboard's top album list for 77 weeks. Their hits include ``Quit Playing Games (With My Heart).''
