BACKSTREET BOYS ANNOUNCE THIRD ALBUM FOR 'MILLENNIUM'

A spokesperson for the band said: "The new album is a move on from the old stuff but still classic pop. The album has been top secret till now. I heard one minute of one of the new tracks and it's a big ballad. Don't know the exact title but something along the lines of 'The Meaning Of Being Lonely'." Other tracks on the new album have been named as 'Back To Your Heart' and 'Perfect Fan'. No release date has been named yet for the UK. BSB, who are labelmates of Abba-copycats Steps, have been nominated for Best New Artist at this year's Grammy Awards. The group sold over 5.7 million albums in America last year and were only outsold in the US in '98 by Celine Dion and the Titanic soundtrack Comment on this item.
