It’s difficult for us to find the words that describe just how much you, our loyal fans, mean to us, especially the many female admirers who’ve sent us cards, letters, gifts and photos over the years.

On this very special Valentine’s Day, all five of us would like to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for helping us achieve a level of success that is above and beyond even our most ambitious dreams. We couldn’t have done it without you - the Backstreet Boy fan reading this letter from us to you.

Our hearts, souls, appreciation, thanks and love go out to all of you whenever we sing - for you are the reason we sing.

We appreciate your thoughtful fan mail (which we take with us on the road and read whenever we get a chance to kick back and relax) and, of course, all the beautiful gifts you send us - especially the handmade ones! Rest assured that nothing you send us is thrown out (except that cheese log that stayed at the bottom of a mail bag a few days too many back in August!) and everything we receive from you is treasured for what it is...a tangible display of your love and appreciation for us.

The only way we have to show our love for you is through our music. Many of the songs we wrote for our upcoming album (we’re still trying to decide what to call it!) have been inspired by our feelings for you and by our meetings with many of you after concerts or at events around the world.

Thank you for all the support you’ve shown us over the years! Keep the Backstreet Pride alive and have a Happy Valentine’s Day!

Sent With Hugs And Kisses,

OOOOOXXXXXOOOOO

Love,

Howie, Kevin, Nick, Brian and A.J

P.S.: We hope you enjoy listening to the new CD as much as we enjoyed recording it for you!
