Ironies Of Love

I invited her to come into my life,
But in return, I ended up uninvited.
Instead, she invited somebody else
Feels so cruel when I got rejected.

The one who's true for love
Is the one who's left behind.
The one who loves absorbs most pain
And has lost in love's battle cry.

Isn't it ironic
That we ignore those who adore us,
We adore those who ignore us?
Bitter reality goes like
We hurt those who love us
And we love those who hurt us.

As time passes, I moved on from heartbreaks
When she came back for a chance of love
But now, I'm on the refusing end,
It's unfair for me, since she gave me up.

What goes around, baby
Always comes back all around.
I had enough of being a crybaby for love.
Reminds me of yourself
When I was begging for your heart,
Now you've seen me when I'm tired of loving you.
